Did what it was supposed to do but replacement filters could not be installed because there was no way to get old filter out. Hardware was cheap for the price. I am trying to get a refund now.

I Debra have used a few times, I already feels and sees a difference!
I have very sensitive skin and fine hair! Since using Sonakai, I have noticed hair is shinier, fuller and my skin is no longer dry! The water is very hard here and had a lot discomfort!
Greg and Susan have both followed several times to up make sure we received and if we are happy with product! I haven't received this kind if service in ages! Amazon is also outstanding!

After only 6 months of use the cheap plastic bottom is leaking and splitting in 3 places and it can't be exchanged.
I would not recommend purchasing this if will not even last a year.
