Built an outdoor basketball court in the backyard. I purchased the sleeve to try to use my portable hoop and somehow convert. The pole is too short. Bought this hoop and installed the sleeve. It is a great hoop. The pole fit super easily and tightens with one bolt in a groove on the back of the sleeve. If I want I can loosen the bolt and slide the entire hoop out. Would have given it five stars, but the backboard is a little thin and makes a lot of noise when the ball hits it. Love it regardless!

So after doing the homework and reading tons of reviews AND acccepting that a basketball goal is a small investment, I bit the bullet and bought this for the youngin' to play ball in the driveway. We removed the existing goal which left a crater. I read the instructions twice and then bought the required concrete and rebar. It turned out very nice and sturdy but I must say that it's all I the prep-work. Once the poles were installed and solid, putting the backboard and goal together was as simple as following directions. Not hard, just time consuming. Very happy with the results. The backboard is big enough and has a nice bounce off of it. I like that the goal has "infinite" adjustment. You can move it to a specific height. Overall, happy with the purchase.

I purchased this in the fall of 2016 and mounted it solidly into the ground. My son has been playing on it since then and I can say do not spend your money on this. There are some major issues with it. Mine is mounted solidly in the ground in 40' inches of concrete deep. Hwever on shots the top vibrates. The ball bouncing off the backboard makes a weird clanking sound. I have gone through multiple times and made sure everything is tighten down and it still vibrates. After playing on it for close to year now one of the hooks on the rim has broken off. We have not done any dunking on it so I find that alarming that it just snapped off. I will be contacting the manufacture to replace that.

This hoop is unusable. I installed this hoop for a customer and very dissatisfied. There is a extreme amount of wobble in the poll, which makes it unusable for anyone to play on. We tried to contact customer service and they were very unhelpful in offering any real solutions. They sent me a kit the had plastic washers in it, that did nothing.

Purchased for XMas. Instructions were ok. After putting together and mounting in the spring, it works fine but just seems a little loose. It squeaks, rattles and isn't as solid as I would have liked.
