There are several things to like about the can. It's small, light, and compact so it fits nicely in your pack. It can also be used with one hand so you have your other one freed up. The actual tone and authenticity of the bleat is not bad. I'm sure you can spend more money on a product that has a more genuine sound, but this one is good enough to get a buck's attention and make him interested enough to investigate. The biggest con with this can is that the call isn't loud enough. If you have a quiet day with no wind it'll probably work fine, but it'll be much less effective hunting up north in the Midwest during the rut (late fall) when the wind is usually howling pretty good. This can would be perfect if they made it louder, but all-in-all its pretty good for $10. I'd recommend it.
