There's a little cheese shop on the Jersey shore that mixes this spice with goat cheese as a dip. Simply amazing. Mash the goat cheese with a fork, sprinkle this spice liberally, add a solid splash of good quality olive oil, and a little fresh garlic (but not required). Mix and then drizzle a little more olive oil on top. Serve. Make plenty as it's always a hit.
