I've used BHI Allergy Relief for several years now and it gives me serious relief from a stuffy, foggy head, which interferes with concentration. I used to go to bed and cover my head, but now I can function! But I could not figure out what was causing the tickle in my throat, or what do do about it. And it caused such a futile cough--did not clear phlegm, did not stop the itch or tickles, didn't do anything except make me cough. To be sure, I did not cough during the daytime when I took BHI, but I felt I did not need them at night. Silly me! Then my doctor explained that nose phlegm, part of which I blew out my nostrils, also trickled down my throat, and that is irritating to throat tissues--therefor the tickle or itch. Now I take BHI allergy pills any time I feel that foggy head coming on or that ticklish cough starting--day or night--can't be without this product. And I sleep much better, not interrupted by coughing. What a blessing!

Update: Since I was unable to find another product that works as well as this...what I have done is to be certain that I have a full stomach before taking this product. This seems to have solved my issue with lactose intolerance. Just can't take on an empty tummy!!

I have had great results with this product. It relieves the sinus pressure associated with allergies, as well as the allergy symptoms that are so bother some.
I thought this would end my quest for allergy remedies, because I am so satisfied. However, its base is lactose and I a lactose intolerant.
Nevertheless this product may well work for others. Don't hesitate to give it a try. It has no side effects which is definitely a plus for me...

Only way I survive allergy season. Works great, but I take 2 tablets at a time instead of the recommended one.

Fast acting. I take one of these every time I start to have a bad allergic reaction and it helps to calm the symptoms while I wait for the allergy pills to kick in. I also like their sinus ones as well to help take the edge off the sinus pain and pressure.

I have the WORST allergies on the planet....really...even allergy doctors are shocked at me and my freakness. I've tried every allergy med available....and this works SO WELL! The best part is it's easy to take on the go...just dissolve under your tongue. There's no icky taste either. And they work without turning you into a antihistamine zombie. The only downfall is you have to take them often....once an hour about when your symptoms are bad. I haven't minded though.
