Ridiculously fun. I can't believe I never picked this up ...

Ridiculously fun. I can't believe I never picked this up sooner. I highly recommend it for people who like RPG/JRPGs that aren't overloaded with a thousand things to remember. More complex than Yokai Watch or Pokemon, but less than WoW or LoL. Interesting and engaging story and lovely artwork.

The characters are great, and I love how the social links work. My only gripe is the unfair difficulty sometimes, essentially making you have to look up a guide to beat some enemies. Other than the occasional overly difficult boss, this is an amazing game.
Brand new ten-year-old game

I've only played this for an hour but it's so far excellent. Story is very intriguing. What really impressed me though is that this came, not in some old random box with a torn instruction booklet - if any booklet at all - but in a totally brand new box still in shrink wrap! I figured a brand new shrink-wrapped game from two console generations ago would probably be held up in some baller collector's place and go for some few hundred dollars, if it were to go at all. That alone surprised me. And this was in super excellent condition - it looked like it had been made and bought YESTERDAY. And it only cost $15! I almost didn't want to open it, but of course I did, and I'm happy with it.
This game has amazing graphics paired with a phenomenal storyline

This game has amazing graphics paired with a phenomenal storyline. The cutscenes add that much more to it as well. I love that the plot is so different than anything else I've played as well as being crazily interactive. All the features from, carrying out requests for Elizabeth to fusing Personas to leveling up Arcanas and fighting in Tartarus, they are all spun together and intertwined to bring this awesome piece of work. By far one of my favorite games to play.
... Persona 3 and Persona 4 characters) it was a smart move.

I bought Persona 3 because I've played Persona 4 and with Persona Q coming out (which is supposed to be a side story involving Persona 3 and Persona 4 characters) it was a smart move... and then I realized how smart of a movie it was. Persona 3 is actually one of the best games I've played in a while. I remember reading in a magazine a while ago that it was super controversial and didn't realize why until I started playing.
Basically so far the game is about how there's actually a hidden hour in the day making a full day 25 hours instead of 24. And during this dark hour, people become fall asleep and are locked in coffins while monsters run around. Some people don't fall asleep though and the monsters try to kill these people. The people who don't sleep tend to have the power to summon beings called "Personas" that will fight the shadow monsters with them. One of the controversial points of this game is the method of summoning Personas. The Personas are summoned by placing a bullet-less gun against one's own head and pulling a trigger. It's pretty intense but I recommend it if you're mature enough to understand the difference between fantasy and reality.
