Good saddle, very comfortable on the mtn bike. Good size for the casual mtn bike rider.

Very comfortable bike seat. My daughter tried it out as she's getting read to go to college ... and basically wouldn't return it (it was so comfortable). So I let her have it. Now I need to order myself another saddle. The planet bike saddles seem to be worth the price paid. Very nice, good comfort overall ... and yes I still get sore, but this one seems better than the cloud9 saddle I ordered for my wife.
Comfy.

Comfy seat. Made more for an upright seating position in my opinion.
UPDATE AFTER WEEKS OF USE.......I still like this seat. After about 7 or 8 miles it starts to get uncomfortable but I think any bike seat would be. After a short break or standing and riding for a short bit, I'm good to go again. Still 5 stars.
Great after I got it adjusted just right, that was the key

At first, I wasn't sure I'd like it. It felt uncomfortable and just didn't feel right...felt like it was hard to balance myself just right while I rode.

But after several adjustments, I like it a lot, it really takes the pressure off. I think this is a seat you really have to get adjusted just right for "you". It's a lot more comfrotable now than the Avenir seat I had before that only had good-size a groove in it.

(An added bonus of being able to see through the seat is that I can see whether I've remembered to turn off my taillight or not. :) Something I often forgot to do.)

I recommend it.
Good replacement seat

I got this as a replacement seat for a Canondale hybrid that's mostly used on the road. The stock seat was horrible, and this was an inexpensive and effective upgrade. I can ride about three of four times as long, with much less lasting discomfort.
This fixed my problem

TMI alert!!! For the past 10 years of cycling I have gotten hemorrhoids and has been very painful. I was using a larger saddle with nice springs and a thick soft gel pad. I ride a fat tire Trek road bike. I decided to try this saddle since it claims to put your weight on the tailbones versus the "soft tissue". I was impressed with the quality when the box arrived. It wasn't too big nor heavy like I was worried about - it is slightly smaller and lighter than the big seat that came on my Trek. When I first got on it, I noticed that it wasn't as cushiony as my old gel seat, but my upper body was indeed sitting on my tailbones on the cushions on top of this seat. I wouldn't mind it this saddle was slightly more springy. Anyway, this saddle fixed my problem within a few days. I wish I had gotten it 10 years ago.
