Smells differnt on different men I think

I used musk cologne by Coty years ago and liked its smell and had good comments about it from women.
I purchased this Jovan musk cologne but it doesn't smell the same as I remember Coty did and the musky order is off putting to me and others, maybe my chemistry has changed over the years.
I've been using Stetson original cologne for years now as my significant other liked it, but she's not a player anymore, but I still had some the favorable comments from other women on it.
So I tried the Jovan musk, remembering days long ago and favorable comments on it, but it just has that off-putting fragrance, but like I said, my chemistry in my old age could be different, LOL!
I'll try Coty again and see how it does, until then I'm giving Versace Eros Men - Edt Spray a try.

I have used this for over 50 years and still both get compliments and like it myself. However, it does not smell the same on everyone. Your individual body combines with it to submit a specific scent. But I would recommend trying it to everyone.

To be honest, I had intended to buy the Jovan white musk cologne and inadvertently purchased this. I just don't like this scent, as it's a bit too musky whereas the white musk is more muted, watered down version.
