Two kinks on the first unpackaging! Extremely stiff; almost impossible to hang neatly on a hose rack! "Lifetime Warranty" only means replacement, not refund! If you have a use where the hose can be left out completely unrolled it might be OK, otherwise STAY AWAY!!!
