Makes a great pot of coffee for those occasion when you need more than a few cups. Being all stainless makes it easy to clean. Our church is very satisfied with the fact that after the coffee is ready it switches to keeping the coffee hot without continuing to percolate over the coffee grounds. That keeps the coffee from getting too strong and bitter. GREAT PRODUCT!!

Only fill line on inside is MAX. Says it is 1.9 gallons but at the "MAX" mark it is mor like 1.75 gallons. I know because I bought 2 gallons of distilled water to use in it and at least 1/4 of a gallon was left over. Other than that the coffee maker urn is working perfectly. Makes very hot coffee.
