I purchased this for nursing school and it works great. Easy to pull, feels very sturdy, pattern matching picture. One of my zippers did split but easily went back together. Many pocket options. Downside is that the laptop pocket is rather small and does not fit larger sized laptops.
The bag is very spacious and fits all of the books I currently need but not much room for "extra" books due to the handle being in the bag behind a zipper, similar to a suitcase.

My 9 year old started school 3 weeks ago and hes been using this backpack. He has been a little reckless with his backpacks over the years and this year is no exception. There is a little bit of wearing to the corner of the small front pocket because he keeps his pencil box in there and anytime the backpack twists onto the ground it gets scrapped up. I think it will have a hole by the end of the year but I think any backpack would.

I was disappointed to find after the first week the straps had torn. My son is only in the second grade and didn't realize they were hanging out a bit so they were dragging on the ground. Other than that it's a perfect bag.

This backpack is such a lifesaver! Fits everything I need for all my college classes plus still has extra room. The only downside is that the elastic to secure my laptop does not fit over it but I do have a 16in laptop and the specs say it only fits a 15.6. My laptop still fits in there, just doesn't secure with the elastic/velcro. The drink carriers on each side hold my 32oz water bottles. Straps fit in the back so that they don't get in the way of it rolling and are easy to pull out and put back when needed. The wheels seem heavy duty and I've even pulled it through gravel a few times. Overall great buy!!
