Well worth the money. At this price point you usually get a pretty cheap lectern, but I was pleasantly surprised with the build quality and stability of this product. The large slanted reading surface was why I picked this model, so many acrylic podiums I have used have such a small surface, there isn't much room for notes when you add a microphone. Added Bonus - This product can be assembled and disassembled in a matter of minutes. I was able to utilize a smaller transit case for the pedestal, since the reading surface and base are both detachable with 4 screws each. Usually the case for a podium of this sixe is a beast, but not what I built for this one - Very manageable size and weight.

Beautifully made but I wish it was a little stronger . It a bit wiggly so you have to handle it carefully - no leaning on this podium

This was bought as a gift for our pastor, who was celebrating 25 years in ministry. When assembled, (which took all of 2 minutes), the finished product was strikingly beautiful! Very elegant. We are very happy with the product, and we got it for $475 on amazon. BTW, this review was written by my wife!
