Box a bit worn, but knife looks great

Box it came in looked a little worn, but took it out and immediately proceeded to accidentally cut my finger- nice and sharp! Everything but the box arrived in very good condition. Planning a long road trip from Alaska through Canada in the next couple months and was looking for the best of the best to get me down there camping the whole way and this looks like it'll be the one. Looking forward to seeing how it holds up hunting, fishing, and hiking- will maybe post another review after a full year of travel use but as of right now all looks good.

Gorgeous knife! You look at this knife and are like "Wow, that is a nice knife!". Sharp, well designed, and a great piece to have. It comes in a nice large box with the sheath and an attachment that allows you to attach it to your belt if needed. I love SOG knives and this one is not a disappointment.

Great knife great sheath!! This knife is pretty light for a tactical knife with its sturdiness. I beat the hell out of mine all weak to see what I cold do to it, and the blade held up well and resharpened easily. The kydex retention sheath is solid and comes with an extra retention strap I would only consider using of running in an inverted chest position that includes both a button snap and some pretty solid Velcro. Overall I would have no concern with losing this knife strapped to my plate carrier in any environment, which I rarely find in a non aftermarket sheath.
