Considering what is available on the market for 1/48 scale USAF personnel this kit isn't bad but the details of what's included could use some clarification. The box art shows a F-15 (not included) with an A/M 32A-60A external power cart, a TTU-228E external hydraulic "mule", a F4B fire extinguisher, 3 wheel chocks, and 12 personnel in various poses wearing the green "pickle" uniforms worn by the USAF from the 60's until the early 90's. The cart & mule are accurate representations. The fire bottle is more Vietnam era than modern. Chocks are chocks, not much to comment on them other than the inaccurate rope. Now this kit is labeled as Ground Crew so the figures include 8 maintainers doing maintenance stuff with the exception of 1 crew chief marshalling and 1 guy that seam's more ready to lose his lunch than anything else. One security forces guy that would be more appropriate at the main gate greeting people than being anywhere near an active flightline and 3 pilots, two posed seated in the cockpit and one climbing a boarding ladder. I'm on the fence as to whether the pilots should be in this kit but here they are. Most figures have detached arms for accurate posing with one figure split at the waist. The details are typical Hasegawa accurate and I highly recommend it for your modeling needs.
