It's the best $50 you'll spend in the kitchen. We use ours 1-2 times a day 7 days a week. It gets hot quickly and sautées like you'd want. Manage temps easily. Great for vegetables and other stir fry stuff. Get yourself some Barkeeps friend for cleaning if you burn things to it, or google how to clean stainless steel cookware. It's really easy to clean ignore you know how.
