The quality was actually not bad. But I am not sure why, I don't feel the workout from this at all. I actually never Hooped before, this one is super easy to pick up, but almost too easy for me. I don't feel the workout. And as many reviewers pointed out, the inside ridge will hit the stomach from hooping. I am not sure I like the feeling, my stomach feels warm after 10mins hooping.

I've only had this a few days now and am already in love with it!! It really does give a good ab workout! I will say, it does hurt at first until you get more used to it and build up some muscle. I have been sticking to 3-5 min in the morning and the same in the evening and I haven't experienced any bruising. Next week I'm going to up the amount of time and continue to slowly build myself up. Also, make sure you do hear a snap when putting it together so it doesn't fall apart when you try it out. I gave it a good yank each one I put together just to make sure it was secure. This is a good addition to my workout!

I have been using this Hula Hoop for over a year and it is AMAZING!! It is very durable, I use it around 4 times a week for about 60 to 90mins and it's still in great condition. It is a great work out item, I do have to admit that the first time you use it your torso will be sore, but after that you get used to it and it is great. You will begin to notice you abdomen to get a little tighter and it feels and looks good. I love it, I consider it to be a great buy!
Do not buy!!!! Broke third try.
