I bought this for my bakery to use in conjuntion with my 30 qt floor mixer.
, it came crated up so no damage was found.
it works great !! for the price im satisfied.I do all of my cakes and muffin batter in this . im talking alot of batter can go in this machine....so now i use the 30 for frosting and large cookie batches and this as a main mixer..hope this helps someone ..

Item sold defective

Purchased on 3/25, received defective item on 3/30. The screw was half installed on the dome. Mixer's paint all cracked around the dome. It does not look like a good quality. I called the customer service the minute i saw the defective, emailed pictures to customer service. Customer service refused to issue RMA to return the mixer and tried to arrange a repair. I spent the money for a new item and expect a good quality, not a refurbished item at retail price.
Account manager from the manufacture stated that "it is normal that screws came loose in transit and cause the dome to dislodge", which is does not make sense. The unit is 100lbs and there is no way the screw come out itself. The unit is just poorly made to begin with, especially paint crack on the back of the dome.
Global industrial will not refund my money unless the manufacture credit my money. I purchased the mixer from Global Industrial, Global Industrial took my payment. Now when it comes to return, Global industrial will not take the responsibilty. Global Industrial's issue with the manufacture is not my issue. I deal with Global industrial since day one, not the manufacture.
I am still fighting to get my money back. I will not buy the product from this seller.
