shopped for a week online, trying to find the RIGHT blanket for a hugely important 40th wedding anniversary beach trip.
Of course I needed a beach blanket! However, we've got some sellers with very deceiving ads, which put in a slew of
tag words and sales page headline words to make their product pop up in every occasion's shopping; like mine! I got
quite sick of this deceptive, confusing, time wasting 'shopping' fruitlessly, especially when I knew what colors I wanted,
what size I needed, what type of fabric/material was right for this item. I got everything but, and was ready to get my
carkeys, hit the mall and the other stores. I had bought my last best beach blankets a few decades before, but on the
hwy, on the way to or from the beach, on the BIG hiway Rest Stop or Truck stop centers, from a table full of colors
and designs. I had them for years; not sure where they went unless they are in the inaccessible attic. Don't know why
they would have ended up there but have not had much use for them while raising a child, and beach was hours away
and we never had enough money or time for the beach even tho' it' is one of my fave places on earth. Any beach. So,
now that I finally was going to be taken to the beach, my husband after 40+ yrs decided to do this, he finally got a vacation
right....i needed real beach blankets. Glad to say; THESE ARE REAL BEACH BLANKETS! They are thick, they are
big enough, they are nice enough to use as wall hangings at other times, or window coverings, if you are crafty and want
to cut them in half, but they are great to use as floor cloths in clean bathroom floors, and lounge or glider or couch or chair
coverings. The fabric is somewhat tufted thick cotton thread woven well, with a classic striping alternating design cleverly
weaving in variations of hues as in heathering. This is a very professionally designed, classic & sturdy beach blanket!

This blanket is the perfect size for yoga (it is the same exact size and shape as the ones my community college yoga course has), and the colors are just beautiful!
I leave it out on my bench in my "yoga studio" (it's the front door foyer =D) with my blocks and mat, and the teal is so eye catching and inspiring, I am often compelled to take a few minutes to sit atop it and practice some mindful breathing in the middle of my busy evenings.

I also brought it camping, it made great padding in our tent, and I even brought it to the beach and lazed away a sunny Saturday.
The colors really are so beautiful, and though it is lightweight, it is also thick enough to provide enough support for whatever you are using it for!

Would like to buy some more colors for use as blankets around the house and for beach blankets.

I have not washed it yet, it still smells brand new despite all it's traveling (though its not a harsh new scent, just clean smelling), but I imagine a gentle cold setting would do the trick.

I also noticed, while it is mostly polyester, it has more cotton content than the ones used in my yoga class, and it is quite a bit softer to the touch =)

Better than any other out there. Well made and will last for years. I sleep with mine and take it camping. I will buy more for the simple reason that they are longer than others and seem thicker so they keep me warm when I am out in the woods.

I have three blankets to every chair in my house. I love having them around.
I bought this one for the pale pink color and was pleasantly surprised. Way softer then other Mexican blankets I have used before and so large!!!
I use mine in my yoga class as well, and I look professional af.

Very small. Not like the ones in yoga class.. Still comes in handy while stretching but I would have rather got the right size with my first buy because I know I'll eventually want a larger one. I guess this is the kind of thing that should be bought in person and not ordered online.
