I bought this to spray on my horses sheet because she was being exsangunitated by mosquitoes. This really made a huge difference. It kept them off her and away from her for weeks. I have not had to reapply at this time as the mosquitoes have subsided but I would not hesitate to use it again. I read a lot of the reviews before buying and figured it sounded like a good idea to try. I can say that it really worked. It kept the flys off during the day as well

Works great but I had to use more than expected. Instructions are to spray on exposed area. However I lightly sprayed so that there were small dots about every 2-4 millimeters but not wet. Hungry mosquitos in Africa and Soutjeast Asia were slowed down and better than friends without treatment but still bothersome biting through shirts. My wife made her shirts lightly wet and was much more aggressive with application and was nearly trouble free.

This stuff worked great! I used in conjunction with the Repel 100 Insect Repellent and I didn't get a single bug bite on my 10 day trip to Colombia. I would definitely recommend and use again. I packed a lot, a lot of clothes and this was enough to cover my clothes along with 2 other travel companions.

I highly recommend pretreating items with this spray. Since pretreating my clothing, shoes, hat, socks I have been backpacking and hiking both on trail and off trail in densely wooded areas and high grass. I have yet to find any ticks on me from 4 different outings. On one outing I was walking in grass up to my waist for about an hour with another person - my clothing was treated and his wasn't. At the end of the day I found zero ticks on me and the other person found 5.

I'm sure that this spray is not a guarantee against finding ticks on yourself outdoors but it seems to be a very effective and strong deterrent to reduce the chances that you will have any. It is definitely worth the money and time to pretreat your items with.

My husband and I recently traveled to Mexico and considering the Zika outbreaks and the fact that we are going to start trying to conceive soon, my doctor told us to cancel our trip. I did a ton of research and ended up buying this. We spent 6 days in Mexico and I came home with ZERO mosquito bites. It was easy to apply, just hung all my clothes outside, sprayed and let dry for about 2 hours. Smells when you spray, but it goes away once it dries. There were others on our trip who go really bit up so I know there were mosquitos around and I will usually get bit up instantly (mosquitos love me for some reason) when I go outside.
