Great sights, just wish I had put them on my G19 instead of on my G41. Long slide's sight radius doesn't need the extra thin front sight. I put Truglo TFO (fiber+tritium) on the G19, which are much fatter and boxier - the front sight almost completely fills the rear notch with little to no gap. Meanwhile the Trijicon's front sight is swimming in an ocean of space by comparison. I can't say its the sights for sure, but I have noticed I'm a little more accurate with the 19 at distance. Its not by much, but its consistent.

I do like these and won't be changing them however. For close range (the only range you're likely to need to defend yourself at supposedly) sights barely even matter, but when focused on the sights, the open notch and thin front sight lets you see more of your target.

Forget all of the reviews saying they received the wrong product. I was concerned about those as well but they are all from at least a year ago. I ordered the GL101O and received just that. These replaced some TruGlo TFO that I have on my Glock 19 and tested them out today. POA/POI was spot on (impact was right above front sight post). It is ridiculously easy to acquire the front sight due to the orange color. I highly recommend these sights even if you have night sights already. In darkness, you see 3 green dots (like 95% of all other sights). However, during the daytime is where these shine. The orange front sight is F$%KING AMAZING even during high-noon type lighting (see picture). Buy them or regret not knowing what the best is like.

For consideration, I have used several brands of night sights on various firearms. Metropolite, Amerigo, TruGlo, Trijicon, as well as the random ones manufacturers send their weapons out with. These are by far the best ones I have used. If I had the money, I would put these on the rest of my pistols.

Hands down the absolute BEST glock sights available, the slimmer front post makes these even better than the ORIGINAL HD Trijicon night sights. If you are a shooter who uses front sight focus and shoots with both eyes open you will LOVE this sight. I have terrible night vision from all those long nights staring through a green circle and I can get on target effortlessly with these HD XR sights in ANY LIGHT condition. I can't even express fully how much I absolutely LOVE these sights. If you are a little off put by the price as I was initially just go ahead and click that buy button these are worth every penny and are probably under priced for how great they are to be fair. PERFECTION.

As some other reviews mentioned, the edge, which looks rounded, somehow is a little sharp against the skin for IWB carry. If that was my intended use (it is not), I would be a bit disappointed. Not sure how that got through development for such a well respected brand. In any event, it works as expected. The orange front sight is a nice feature. I like it,except against orange targets. I guess you should keep that in mind if you plan on shooting at those orange bulls-eye style targets .... or a sunburned assailant :) I also never realized how much I was focusing on the rear sights prior to this product. It helps train you to focus only on the front (your eyes can only focus on one at a time).

Vast improvement over the garbage stock sights that ship with every Glock pistol. These are expensive. Probably overpriced really, but the quality is evident throughout. If you have the money, these are the best night sights you can get. The HD orange or yellow is nice to have for quick point shooting as you can spot that colored circle in an instant. The yellow pops more than the orange, but they're both good. Whether you get these or not, if you have a Glock, the first thing you should do is replace the stupid ball in a cup plastic sights that came with it, trust me. If you've got a Glock, when ordering this, do yourself a favor and get an extended slide lock and an extended slide stop lever at the same time. Amazon will have them too. Then you will have improved upon three of Glocks most well known design shortcomings right off the bat and you'll have a better experience.
