This is the second one i've purchased (different brands) and both are equally good in my opinion. I love that my dog just doesn't seem to want to pull as i think it's because it lays so gently on him (he's a bulldog) that he doesn't feel it and 'need' to pull?? Im not sure of the reasoning, but it works for us :) I always like to have two, or three of things, so thats why i purchased another as well..

Was in the market for a lighter leash for our new smaller dog. Typically a fan of tough, authentic leather leashes, but they were just too heavy for our new dog. Was pleasantly surprised when this came in. Felt a lot more secure than I thought it would, but wasn't too heavy for the dog. Feels good in the hands, looks spectacular, slip works great, and is extremely affordable. Likely will buy more.

I wish the rope was a little bit thicker. After only two weeks of use the ropes is already starting to look a little frayed. However, I am not disappointed at all with this product as its very easy to use and very effective on my dog that likes to pull. I also like that the leash tends to go "under his legs" like other leashed do. ps. i paid 10 bucks not 20 for the leash, and am happy about that

Wish I would've skipped all the other leashes I've purchased in the past and just gone straight to this one. I have a black chow who loves to pull whenever she sees a bird/squirrel/anything that moves. We previously used a traditional leash with a collar, a top hooking harness, and a front hook harness. The front hook harness was the best in terms of controlling her when she started to pull, but didn't actually prevent her from pulling. With a quick tug of this slip lead, she immediately stops. However, and maybe this is because my baby Charlie is very stubborn, she hasn't quite figured out yet to stop pulling all together since we started using it almost a month ago. So that still needs some work on our part, but overall it's been great so far.

I love how simple this product is - no fussing around with trying to hook the leash onto her harness (which, with her fur can be quite difficult sometimes) and the fact that there's only one thing you need to put on/take off when going for a walk makes life much easier, even if just a minor detail. And last, I love the way the black roping and the brown leather look together!

This leash looks great, prevents Char from pulling, and is definitely more than worth the money at ~$10!

I wanted a training lead for puller. I have used choke collars and similar in past. I didn't really care for them for a variety of reasons. I like this one. After a couple of sessions on day one, my dog's pulling decreased significantly. I love the larger diameter of lead. I especially love that I can slide 'sizer' mark where I want to. This stops lead from loosening up to much as can happen with other leads and choke collars. The large diameter is also easy on my hands.
