Terrible product and terrible company.

This desk is a piece of crap. The frame was welded wrong so the front right wheel is 1 inch higher than the rest. I don't even want to put my lap top on this it is so wobbly. It comes with a 5 year warranty, but when you call customer service it of course is a man from India, after about 30 seconds of trying to explain the defect he hangs up on me. Then I call back and it's a woman from India that I'm trying very hard to understand. She tells me that it is a 45 minute wait before i can talk to the right people. Then she proceeds to try to sell me a "$100 Walmart gift card" and they want to charge my card for shipping. After telling the lady no 5 times she hangs up on me. Not only that but the warranty states that if it is defective I have to send the part back and I pay shipping. It is going to cost me more for shipping than the desk itself. I am out $46 and I didn't even have $45 to spend. Customer service has no intention of actually helping. Terrible company values!
My kids love these desks
stephanie Ingersoll✓ Verified Purchase•January 7, 2017
My mother gave 2 of these to both of my children and both love them. My daughter (23) is using hers as a make up table using the cd holder for her hair appliances. My son (18) is using his for all of his electronic music production equipment and it was a great size for his launchpad, midi controller and keyboard. They were easy to put together and my Daughter put hers together herself. The size is compact enough to fit into many smaller settings.
The construction was sturdy and didn't tweak or wobble and the wheels move easily over hardwood or carpet. I haven't heard any complaints, but we have only had them since Christmas so I can't speak to the longevity of the product. For the price and the versatile size, I highly recommend giving these a try.

I have had this desk for about a week and half now, so my experience with this product is fairly limited. The product was properly packaged and none of the parts were damaged in any way. The construction of the product took about 1 hour, and was not an easy task due to the weird angles required to apply the screws. But this was expected and does not retract from my review of the product.
So far, the desk seems fairly sturdy, and looks very sleek, especially if all your other computer accessories are black or dark material.
My only complaint is that the pullout platform only fits a single keyboard, so your mouse has to be accessed on the higher platform. This can feel awkward as you have switch your right hand between the higher platform and lower platform in order to use the mouse and keyboard. Even worse, in order to access the mouse, I have to lean forward on my chair to get to the mouse, and since it's on a high platform, you have to awkwardly raise your arm as well, and the palm of your hand suffers pain from resting on such as high platform. While these issues don't sound like a big deal, they get super annoying very fast.
One solution I found was to order a swivel mouse tray that attaches to desks. There is one that can be ordered on Amazon, Staples, or Walmart. This allows the mouse to be side by side with the keyboard platform and also lowers the mouse so that it is within your reach at an appropriate height.
Great product, just wish they would have accounted for the mouse situation.

So I needed to purchase a good compact computer desk for my drum studio and did not want to break the bank on a desk that would not be my main desk but rather a desk to use during the recording process. I have a main console desk for editing purposes. I looked around and had an idea in my head of what I needed but everything was either way too expensive for what I needed or too big for the space. I saw this desk and read some reviews of people converting it to their liking. The desk cost me $55 bucks delivered and I purchased a slanted rack made by (Startech 12U 19-Inch Desktop Open Frame 2 Post Rack) Also purchased on amazon for around $44 bucks. so all in all under $100 bucks for both. The rack fit very tightly under the desk without the pull out keyboard tray but I really wanted to keep the tray, so I cut down the rack keeping the angled edge at the top of the rack so it fit flush underneath. It took a little measuring and grinding and some flat black touch up paint but in the end, I could not be happier with the outcome.
FYI: You also can bolt the rack to the bottom of the wood table underneath. The rack has four holes on the bottom legs to put soft rubber feet to it that are included or you can drill through the bottom of the wood shelf and bolt the rack to the cart for extra security but it really does not need it..

This desk is awesome, and I do mean awesome

This desk is awesome, and I do mean awesome!!! I had to write a review on this one, because I searched endless hours trying to choose just the right one. I wanted one for a small work space in my bedroom and this little baby did the trick! it's not too big, and it's not too small, it's just right! The desk is actually bigger than it shows in the picture, making it perfect for a lap top and a large monitor. I actually use 2 monitors and a laptop and thanks to the movable top stand, all 3 monitors fit perfectly! I use the upper space for my largest monitor, the extra desk space for my other monitor and my laptop.
The assembly is also a plus because I did it all by myself, and that's a big deal for me!!! It took me an hour, but if I had a second person we would have finished it in 30 minutes or less! Great desk and definitely worth the price!
