It's perfect for a study desk. I would use a coaster if you're going to sit a drink on it I would do that for any table though!! It's really sturdy!! And easy to assemble tools included and directions too. I'm using it for a recording area it seems to be perfect for that !! The speaker are sitting on bar stools I got on Amazon I wish the stools were a little taller but it is what it is. Otherwise I'm very happy with the out come it's a lot clearer looking and will be easier to keep that area clean compered to the Alf mess I had going on over there 🤣🤣🤣

It is very sturdy and well thought out product . The wood is soft so it came a bit chipped at the corner . I like it let's see how long this is going to last . Wear a glove if you don't want to get your hands dirty . After I was done , it left my fingers a little sticky .
