Good holster, yes.....at a good price.

I bought one of these back in 1995 for my Gen2 G19 and I REALLY liked it and it's in BOB now with that G19. I bought a new Gen5 G19 and thought I'd buy the same holster again.
I like the old one better, but this new one is going to be OK once I get it all adjusted and greased up a bit....yes, it needed a bit of grease inside to help make the pistol easier to holster and present smoothly. This isnt a problem, really, IMO.
I do think the size 16 is the correct size for the G19.

I am sure I am in the minority here, but this is my favorite appendix carry holster. Favorite holster period. I own crossbreed, aliengear, several galcos, savoy leather, blackawk, Gould and Goodrich, more I can't think of at the moment. This sits at the right height, keep's my sig p239 (a heavy midsized pistol) secure, and is very comfortable.

It's hard to beat Uncle Mike's products! I like the ambidextrous feature because I swap sides I carry on based on if I'm biking or hiking. I have numerous Uncle Mike's products and am very pleased with those I have.

Great holster! It's very well made. However, Uncle Mike's used to be proudly made in America. I guess they got tired of the punishing taxation and over-regulation of the U.S. and moved to a place that is a more-welcoming business environment than the U.S.- Vietnam. Yes, the communist country of Vietnam!
