My old one rusted out and so I spent a rather large amount on the new one. I had purchased refill heads for my prior mop and was dismayed to realize the new one is longer so I think my 3 replacement heads I had bought earlier are useless. Also I found it amusing that the mop came with the sponge head attached, and wrapped in heavy plastic, but the directions for how to remove the head for replacement was buried against the frame of the mop, so unless you already knew how to get the thing off, you might break those cheap plastic toggles trying to figure out whether they turn a quarter turn, or in opposite directions. Turns out they just screw off (righty tighty lefty loosy), but you had to figure that out for yourself since the directions were not visible. Does anybody think this stuff through???? Anyway, the mop is great after all the chaos.
SUB-Par. Sponge broke down during first usage!

The sponge peeled/tore off during first usage. No crazy chemicals used just a pine-sol"‹ type cleaner. Pitiful. I suspect they'll gladly sell me replacement heads. Don't waste time on this cheapie . thumbs down!

Product image is of an older version which used metal thumbscrews. This version has plastic posts on the mop head and plastic wingnuts.
This can be confusing as the refill images listed elsewhere show the newer plastic post & wingnuts.
New mop head is 25% larger than the original ones for this mop and is a bit stiff to wring but it cleans the floors.

Perfect fit. Hard to find item. No longer carried by Home Depot

Perfect fit. Nice to find replacement for Quickie mop. Works well, just have to remember it microfiber when tossing into laundry. I was helped by reviewer who "decoded" the package size to the actual mop head size. Message to Quickie: The mophead size matters for replacement not the package size
Beware the Screws

Refills for this squeeze sponge mop are way too expensive. Not worth its initial cost. And there's a gimmick to it. It is a model #051. Refills are $13.00 and over. Burt check out Model #045. Yeah,it's the same thing except DIFFERENT SCREW SIZE. And they cost around $3.00 each. So, if you get hooked up into this scam, save your screws. Must be the American way.
