Made in China........I guess I didn't know we couldn't source wood and 6 screws in the U.S. The wood is VERY soft and yes does come with some cracks that don't seem (at this point) to be an issue. I would argue that the wood needs another coat of polyurethane to harden it up and I might embrace that idea when it warms up here. It fits my Mathews Heli-M with one minor modification that many of you with compound bows will have to entertain: I had to put spacers/tape on the pegs to make sure my bow stayed away from the wood enough such that it didn't get in the way when the arrows are put into the holders. If I don't do this 2 or 3 of the arrows hit my sites and don't slide into the bottom. If I flip it, it is still so close that the other side hits at least one arrow. Also, if you don't put in this modification you will likely have to remove your stabilizer since it will hit the top portion of the hanger. You can try many orientations for your bow and I'm sure with the pegs will work for you one way or another. So I gave it an "ok" because it looks decent and is a nice display and versatile for many bows but the quality of the wood brings it down as well as it being from China.
Cant beat it

Great rack !I'm glad I bought it because I don't think I could have made it for $40 even using free branches for wood...you gotta figure what is your time worth??? and this thing really is beautiful for the money. DONE FINISHED MOVE ON TO NEXT PROJECT.
Awesome!

I read the negative reviews on this product amd was hesitant on ordering, however, im glad i did. People complained about cracks in the wood.....when wood is dried for furniture use it usually cracks in the process (doesnt generally matter strength wise). The instruction arent the best, but if you can put a a circle peg in a circle hole.....youll be fine. Dont expect to hang two compound bows with stabilizers on it horizontally though!!! I hung my two bows off to the side and it looks great and functions well. As for mounting to the wall, if you overlap the screws over the mounting hardware and ise the provided anchors, it will be rock solid. Picture will be posted for example but dont expect it to say QAD like mine, simple decal added. Arrow rack will hold field points and/or broadheads.
Great Design, Attention to Detail Needs Some TLC

I love the design of this product - there aren't many bow racks available on Amazon that do such a good job of displaying arrows. However, I would have liked better execution. The version I received only had one hanger, and it was off-center; I'm assuming it is supposed to come with two. This was a quick fix with a hanger from the hardware store.
I found that large pieces of the bark were very brittle and would easily break off the wood. I had plans to stain it a different color anyway, so I removed the excess when I stripped the lacquer off. Pictured is the final product after removing the lacquer and staining with a polyurethane/cherry stain combo. It was somewhat hard to stain because the bottom triangular piece is not the same wood as the rest of the rack.
