Grip slips off

I have used these strippers for many years and worn out more than a few. They are so well designed that other companies sell knock offs under their own brand. Well Ideal let me down this time because one of the grips was full of an oily substance and slips off while using.

Great strippers, work/handle nicely. Will by again over Klein for same style. Will be trying Klein heavy duty with linesman nose. If I don't like those for some reason these are my go-to wire strippers

Be careful who you buy from, the one I got from Max Warehouse turned out to be fake and the blades dented first cut. The only way I could tell it was fake was the laser etching was off on the logo I got a replacement from Ideal and it's great.
