I keep Sambucol liquid on hand and swear by it. Was surprised at how tolerable these dissolving tabs were -- and made it so much easier to take Sambucol to work with me. I think the real key to this stuff working is to take it consistently as directed, which can be hard with the liquid if you're at work, etc. I will continue to keep these on hand.

If I get through this current flu season without getting the flu, I will add a star and an addendum to this review. I like the flavor is mild, it dissolves quickly and currently I am using it as a preventative. I am having some allergies here in Gulf Coast Florida and hoping for some immune support from this supplement for keeping my allergies from worsening. My Dr. wants me to get a flu shot, I am 65 so I probably will do that too. I prefer natural stuff though.
