I have been looking for this for a long time, used to buy it in the city for use in all my asian dishes. I'm pretty sure this is the same item I used to purchase, although I did not see shoya bean extract on the label. This gives this condiment it's special flavor. It makes a great teriyaki sauce which you cannot purchase at the grocery, also great in sauces and fried rice.

I've been looking all over for this sauce to make my fried rice. I am a little disappointed in the flavor. I used to use LaChoy, but I can no longer find it. It had a wonderful flavor and made my fried rice real authentic tasting.
