Love it, just be careful bc at first I thought it wasn't that sharp at touch but the another day I was playing around w it and it barely touched my finger but very easily cut skin (very superficial and small but not anticipated lol) Sturdy and happy w purchase

Iron Pine, Plum Blossom - Not Perfect, But Damn Near(for the price!)

Absolutely beautiful craftsmanship, extremely sturdy. The tsuba moves less than a millimeter in any direction, and every other part is completely solid. The design on the saya is amazing. Worth twice its listed price.

Edit: A couple years on. I'm very impressed with how this sword's held up. After some rough testing before I had much practice at edge alignment or core engagement, i did manage to roll the edge some, but this was quickly fixed with a whetstone. After this, the piece functioned flawlessly. The included picture is of a cut through a 3 liter soda bottle, filled with water and a thumb-sized green dowel i cut from a sapling. It cut so smoothly that the bottle stayed upright, even after the aforementioned damage! I also took it to up to 3" diameter small trees, and it cut down most in a single swing, without any further edge damage. These fellows know how to make a functional sword.
