I use this for all my cookies and pancake recipes. I've never had any issues with it and people always tell me my cookies are the best without knowing they're vegan. This is a great egg substitute and I will continue buying this product for as long as they make it. One box probably last me a whole year or so, so you don't have to purchase it often.

Wonderful product. My 19 year old is allergic to whole egg and was leery of anything "fake" egg. He likes the the taste as a powder, thinks it weird-tasting when mixed up for use, but was completely relieved it didn't change the taste of what he was baking when it came out of the oven. (I like that there's no wheat or soy, you don't have to adapt recipes at all, and really think it makes everything you bake moister than if you don't use it.)

Great product for anyone who is allergic to eggs. We have used this for years but it has become harder to find in stores. Glad I found this here.

I switched my diet at age 15 to whole food plant based Vegan and started using this when it was brand new on the market. I love this product and use it all the time. It was a lot cheaper here than at my local health food stores.
