The media could not be loaded. Hands down, it's the best meringue powder I've used to date! I have seen several reviews about the product being grainy, but have had no issues whatsoever with graininess. I make sure to whisk the powder with water separately until it doubles in size/is a thicker, creamy-like consistency. I also LOVE the fact that it's non-GMO, and I hope at some point that they'll explore getting certified as organic.

I think I'm happy with this product 🤣 Used this brand for the first time this season. It worked pretty good. I think quality and quantity is good for the price. I'd like to try a different brand of meringue powder next though. Arrived good and package was safely wrapped.
This includes the sugar already!!! I only got two batches out of this bag!
