I only got this today, but it seems pretty solid, so I hope it lasts a while. The original flapper was about 8yrs old and literally disintegrating, so it was losing the seal, which caused a leak, which made the toilet run.
This was pretty easy to install, and I haven't heard my toilet run in 6 hours, so fingers crossed.

Our toilet was seeping water into the bowl for some time with a replacement flapper from a knock-off company. So I finally got this as a replacement and it works perfectly. I should have gotten it months ago... my water bill is noticeably better now, as well as the silence in the night from the bowl no longer refilling on its own.
Stopped the leak.

Works great, and stopped the running/always on of my Kohler Rialto toilet. First replacement since installed in 2002. Hope this one lasts as long.
