This Olive salad is surprisingly tasteless. I had ordered the Italian olives salad from Central grocery in New Orleans previously, which is quite expensive and thought that I would try this and compare. There is simply no comparison! The Central grocery I'll salad is delicious, a perfect combination of spices, very heavy use of olives , A touch of hotness and worth the extra money. This bus goalie product is absolutely not worth even half of the price of the other. I found it flavor list, and very heavy on the other vegetables and light on the olives. The Olives they do use are the cheap Variety, black olives and green olives with pimentos that you would find at a salad bar in it Elie. Very heavy on the cauliflower and carrots. I will not buy this again and really only give it two Stars because I feel bad going with less when there are products that are actually terrible. This one isn't terrible it just isn't worth eating

I was disappointed with this product. Too oily and messy and lack of flavor. Will look elsewhere for a quality "muffaletta" spread.
