Disappointing - Used Cheaper Olive Oil?

Have have purchased Boscoli's olive salad in the smaller jars - many times - and I have NEVER had the olive oil in the product solidify in the refrigerator. Do they use a cheaper oil for the gallons (restaurant) size? I don't know, but every time I want to use this I have to warm up the product so it becomes liquid again. Also, it just doesn't taste quite the same? Maybe that is in my head but I am sure that the lesser quality oil affects the taste.

We discovered Boscoli Olive Salad on a trip to New Orleans several years ago. We put it in our salad as part of the dressing and it really makes the salad amazing. We've tried some other olive salad mixes, but none come up to the flavor of Boscoli.
