The sound lectern arrived on time in a well packaged box. All the pieces fit and the assembly was easy. The instructions state that all the steps must be followed exactely and I did just that. Most men will have the lectern on a bench for assembly and the amplifier is so much easier to install while the lectern is on the bench, but that would be out of sequence. The amplifier gets installed last to the two side rails with screws from the bottom up and it takes two persons, one to hold the amplifier, one to install the screws. It also takes a little figeting around to adjust the mike location and volume to eliminate feedback. I believe that using the clip-on mike will eliminate feedback problem. The assembly directions and feedback control are the reasons for four stars and not five.
