Follow the size chart for a good fit. I have a 36-37 inch waist depending on how much I had for dinner and the XL fits well. Material is super nice. These work well for running and general gym activities underneath lightweight shorts which do not have a built in brief.

I have an athletic build and 31" waist. I wear a medium size in just about everything. This is my first attempt at wearing a thong. Trying to keep the spark alive with the wife. These fit very tightly and border on painful. I find the thong portion to be too wide. This may not have been as uncomfortable had they not been so tight. I find myself really wanting to take them off after an hour or so. Besides the fit, they are very attractive and the pouch portion fits well. Snug but not constricting. The mesh is sturdy and light.

I usually wear a small in underwear, but after reading reviews of these, I ordered medium thinking I'd be safe. The medium is tight. If you buy, get 1 or 2 sizes up. I'd rate 5 stars if not for the size issue.

Shame, this was my first experience with Clever sending me a XL that wont fit. All my others Clever fit just fine. Expensive lesson, guess it's back to Calvin Klein their consistent with size.
