Works as explained. Easy to install. Easy to take board down and hang back up. Perfect for vertical hang and gets it off the floor.
In my opinion the product is expensive for what it is (likely a great profit margin) but I didn't have a cheaper / easier solution.

Before getting this for my apartment, my Burton just sat in a corner. Now it looks like a part of the decor. This design fits all snowboards and works just as advertised. It comes with two screws for mounting however I did not end up using these as they were too long and not suitable for my mounting situation. Instead I used 1 and half inch screws from my local Home Depot.

You will want to find where the stud is in your wall and make sure to screw one side directly into that stud. As long as you have one side mounted into a stud, you shouldn't have to worry about the weight of your snowboard causing the mount to come off the wall. Put in a dry wall anchor for the other side. Drywall anchors are a few cents at home depot. The one I used was rated for 50 lbs.

If you don't have studs for some odd reason, you can still get away with just using drywall anchors on both sides. I would not recommend directly mounting this onto drywall with nothing but the screws that come in the package.

Works very well. Installed in 5 minutes and is simple to use. Will be buying another one in a few days.

I took a gamble purchasing this product. I looked all over the net for a solid review and photos but found only the ones on amazon. The other wall mounts seemed complicated (spring and resistance mechanisms). This one was simple: two pegs that hold the board up on its widened end. Approximately 10 and 3/4 inches. If your board never gets wider than this, then it will not be wide enough to be held between the two pegs. If the board is never more narrow than this, then it will not fit between the pegs. I bought two of these mounts, one for my board and my fiancee's board. Both fit very well and are very stable. Her board is held at a lower point (near the top of the board) than mine (near the center). The package was delivered in timely manner from the retailer and comes with two screws and drywall mounting supports for the screws. See my photo for two mounts side by side.

Great product meant for hanging guitars that was modified for snowboards, I have three in my closet now!
