Purchased for family member. The pills are quite large and are difficult for some folks to swallow. They are scored, so you can break them in half, but then you have sharp edges which may bother some people. What's in the product is good, so if you have no problem swallowing large pills, then I'll recommend it.

Despite the fact that these capsules are pretty big, I have no trouble swallowing them, although other people might. They dissolve in water in less than 1/2 hour, and they seem to be easily absorbed. They are primarily calcium citrate which is supposed to be more easily absorbed than calcium carbonate.

These pills are HUGE. I don't usually have trouble swallowing pills, but these gave me a lot of trouble. I had to snap one in half and try again. But even half of a pill is still huge but now it is jagged and starts to dissolve in your mouth.
