As menionted, you need four pills for the full dose but this appears to be unavoidable since the large amount of calcuium in there likely makes it need that much space, it's not just unnecessarily large.

Dosages of 3g per day of HMB have been demonstrated to increase muscle mass and reduce muscle damage. That's exactly how much HMB you get per serving of this. I take 2 capsules preworkout and 2 postworkout. I found them easy to swallow with no unwanted side effects. I feel confident in the quality since this is 3rd party tested and GMP certified. I do wish they maybe put a bit less vitamin D in this since I get plenty of that from other sources.
