I use vitamin K2 with menaQ7 because it is helpful for your heart by inhibiting calcium deposits in the arteries and blood vessels, thereby contributing to improved cardiovascular health, to your bones by helping the body make use of calcium to build healthy bones and for the kidney - it is also available in small doses of 45mcg. I have been using a different brand but decided to try this brand based on the manufacturer's description. I haven't tried it yet, but have been using K2 with menaQ7 for more than 5 years. I think I may continue to purchase this brand.

I like that all the ingredients are none GMO and all considered good and I also like the petite size of the pill, the black bottle to prevent light spoil, and the long expiration date - longer than 2.5 years. K2 in MK7 form is needed for D3 supplement to turn into D. It is too early to tell, but if this K2 supplement is effective, I should see a rise in the D level in my next blood test.
