I have suffered from severe anxiety and hypochondria foir 10+ years and I am prescribed medication for my frequent panic attacks. I saw a study that said magnesium helps relieve anxiety and invasive thoughts and being desperate I will try anything. I saw this product and decided to try it because of all the reviews. It's been a few weeks now and I havent had a panic attack in over 2 weeks, I can't even recall a time I didn't have at least one. I will be taking this forever. I am so grateful that I found this. I don't know if it will help you the way it has me but it's worth trying!

I bought the 30 serving pack so I could try the product before investing more money into a supplement that I do not like. I have been having trouble "going" to the restroom, but this has helped tremendously to keep me "regular". I like to mix this with hot water before bed. It reminds me of hot tea. It's not a horrible taste and you get used to it after a while.
I must be sensitive to it because I feel the effects (most nights) usually within 10 minutes or so. Without fail, it seems I almost immediately start drowning out my husband's voice and passing out on the couch. Since my husband and his stories are not for sale, maybe pick up a box of this and see if it works the same way for you.
Like others mentioned, it's a little more expensive to do the packets. I'd probably splurge for a bottle next time. However, these are great if you're gifting half to someone or if you're on travel.
