My Mom just loved these. I mean she really LOVED these.

I don't like these cheese crispies very much. But that isn't the point: my Mom LOVED them.
LOVED LOVED LOVED them. And she always used to have some around the house. In little metal tins. I think she got them at Cardullo's in Harvard Square. But then she couldn't drive anymore. So she stopped going to wherever she used to get them. And then she couldn't go out of the house much. And then not at all. And she ate less and less. And got smaller and smaller. So I tried hard to think of things that she would want to eat... We all did.
I looked, but I couldn't find these little Crispies in any stores.
Then my sister-in-law said: why not buy them online?!
So I did. Horribly expensive little delicacies.
And Mom loved them. LOVED LOVED LOVED them. Worth every single penny. Not kidding.
She passed away last fall, so I'll probably not buy them again soon. But if I knew somebody that loved them, I sure would. In a heartbeat.
