Easy to install if you have steady hands, even temper, and will pre read instructions. All a must. If you do have all three then this clock kit is a really good product.

Relatively simple to install. Had to shim clockworks from behind with washers so front glass of schoolhouse clock could close. Did the job of repairing clock with minimal expense.
