I use these with a Soda Stream. Two drops in a bottle gives me a non sweet flavored soda. They are definitely a good bang for the buck if you want to flavor water without adding any sweetener.

I use it for salad dressing and cocktails. It's water diluted instead of in an oil base like many other extracts. Oil-based can make it difficult to use in anything that's not baking or dressing.
I replace the lid with droppers from a medicine bottle* for precise dispensing. They fit exactly.
* If you re-use a medicine bottle dropper, I recommend boiling the whole dropper for a minute or two.

We use this in our French toast and it's divine, but it's SO difficult to pour from the little bottle as it dribbles down the side. An eye dropper cap would be nice.
