I really like this product was very convenient to carry around and lasted long enough to stay cold during my travel until I could get to a refrigerator which was at least 6 hours, was melted but stayed cool enough.
Wasted medicine.............

This product did not work. I was concerned when I first opened it because it was obvious that the freezer sections were filled with water and not freezable gel. It was in a carry on bag and didn't even last 6 hours. I had to go almost an entire week without medication. There was no replacing the medication because I was in another country. I would not recommend this product.

this product states that the ice packs will keep cold for up to 48hrs, well I spent money to have eye drops made for my dry eyes, if the drops get warm or come to room temperature I have to discard them. The ice packs didn't even last 8 hrs, we had to stop on our way home to get some ice. Very disappointed!!!

Was thrilled when I received. Didn;t even think to look for something like this have been putting needles and insulin in zip lock bag with ice cubes.. Sweats in my purse unless I put hand towel around bag. I am so happy I can;t explain. Well made plenty of room two cold packs you freeze. Roomy. Fair price for all you get and quality

If you need to keep something cold for three hours or less? Use it (can get away with more if not in a warm/hot environment)
If you need to keep something cool for six hours or less? Use it
If you need to keep something cold or cool outside those times, plan on using something else or using this in conjunction with something else.
The freeze packs are filled with water, not that special gel that stays cold a long time.
