Worked perfectly. Only issue is that wire posts are very wide, so had to buy 16g female posts and splice them on wiring harness, but it took a minute tops. Speaker fits into grille with no issues, has nice sound and waaay better than factory speaker it replaced.

Speakers sound good. Not much bass though. Installed in 2008 honda civic ex coupe. They do not fit without the brackets bought separately. Buy the adapters as well. You will need to shave off the plastic inside the door panel where the original speaker went into. Otherwise the speaker will not fit flush.

They sounded great, for about an hour. One speaker's voice coil broke and now the speaker buzzes like a broken speaker does. And this was on low/mid volume head-unit only power.
