No more dangling wires for wall TVs

This allows you to wire wall hung YVs and other things, and conceal the wires behind your walls.
Very simple when used with Sheetrock. You'll need a saw, razed blade, and a screwdriver. Wire rod or tape helps get the wires through the wall, but not necessary.

Love this. Just bought a house and I have a infant who loves to climb and is super mobile so not only being able to mount my tv but also keep those cords out of view was fantastic. Adults don't see my cords and the baby doesn't see it so he has zero interest in the cords.. Win-win

Installation was straight forward. The template was the correct size and cutting the holes was easy. The power cable is stiff enough that it was possible to push it from the top opening to the bottom. I fished the TV cables with a straightened out coat hanger. I set the bottom box first and cut the power cable so that about 6 inches stuck out the top box. While the wall board tabs on the boxes are a bit thin, they are perfectly adequate if you take reasonable care.
Actual installation took about an hour but I spent another couple hours prepping the area and reorganizing wiring to the set top box, BluRay player, etc. I am very happy with this product and am glad that it meets the National Electrical Code.

Must have for wall mounting cable management

Great simple and safe took for in wall cable management. Do not thing you can simply snake your TVs power cord behind a wall, that is illegal in probably every state, Texas for sure. You might think it is harmless which is probably is, but if there was every a fire in your home the insurance company can point to that cable and not pay up.
This is an affordable way to handle the power cables for a wall mounted tv. The HDMI and other video/audio cables do not need special ratings for going in the wall so don't worry there. I have had this installed for 3 years now, and I literally never even think about it because my TV has never had a problem.

Cable free walls

I bought a floating entertainment center and wanted the wall to be cable free. This was easy to install and I am glad it came with a template for the holes you need to cut into the drywall. The only thing different between the picture and the unit I got was the top receptacle was upside down. It had the ground plug facing up. I don't know if this would matter to anyone else's installation? It had no effect on mine.
