Love, love and love it. Great size for my arthritic hands. Checkers are big but not too big. Easy to pick up and move. Just what I was looking for.

Very nice quality. It will last for years. I'm very happy with this purchase. I have fond memories of playing checkers at my grandparents home. I want my grandkids to have the same memories. This board is definitely a step up from the one of my youth.

My granddaughter is just learning to play checkers, so for Christmas I bought a very cheap set. Although it had a piece missing, we kept it anyway. She liked the game so well, I thought she deserved a better set. This set, made in the US, is better than I expected.
The board and the checkers have such a nice feel because they have been sanded and finished so well. And, all the checkers were intact.
