Everything is perfect except the key. The key doesn't even fit in the keyhole and the keyhole just spins.

First off, it's tough to find much for combination cash boxes. Too many ppl in the office that need to access it to have a keyed box.
Got it this morning, box is about te same as my last, but the quality of the springs on the bill holders is much better. They are going to hold large amounts of bills much better than my last, and hopefully the springs don't go to hell like my last one.
Time will tell, but first impression is great so far.

The lock itself isn't super sturdy, so double check that you've actually locked ...

As others have said, the inner cash tray is cheaply made and will break -- mine came to me with two chips already, one of the broken pieces was in the tray, one was not, so it seems it was already broken before it was even packed. The lock itself isn't super sturdy, so double check that you've actually locked it before you pick it up by the handle. This is more just to have a place to store your cash rather than any kind of protection. It works well for that purpose.

This cash box came with two keys, neither of which work. One key won't go in at all, the other can be forced in if you jiggle it in just the right way. The box feels flimsy, particularly the plastic tray. This useless cash box is going right back to Amazon.
